Apartments and the exterior of the Vila are designed for families with small or grown up children.
- Baby cribs, baby chairs and monitors are ready for you babies.
- Kids can play in a large, safe and fenced garden with children playground and a large trampoline.
- In case of a bad weather you appreciate a spacious interior of the vila, table tennis, darts or home cinema.
Enjoy time with friends
The Vila is a great place for gatherings with your friends either in a spacious garden with a barbecue, around the outdoor fireplace or in our wine cellar.
- During the summer you can use a spacious terrace with a barbecue and a standalone outdoor fireplace for roasting or evening gatherings around the fire.
- In case of bad weather, you can make a fire in our stylish wine cellar and relax with a glass of good wine.
You deserve relax
After an exciting day, you can relax in a sauna with relaxation room.
- You can order the massage directly in the Vila. Just ask our staff for information.
- If you are interested in more complex treatment we will be more than happy to arrange procedures in nearby Spa resort.
Lodging far beyond the ordinary
Our apartments will surprise you with their spaciousness, original design and fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms or living rooms.
- All apartments (with sizes ranging from 80 to 115 m2) offer spacious bedrooms. They have fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room, including fridge with freezer, dishwasher, boiling kettle, coffee machine microwave and dishes. There is a fully-equipped bathroom with a tub, a shower and a toilet + one additional toilet in each apartment.
- Each apartment has a cosy and stylishly furnished living room with flat TV, a satellite, DVD player and a high-speed internet connection including Wi-fi.
- Apartments have a private terrace or balcony.
- All apartments have central heating, in addition all bathrooms have a separate electric floor heating. You can adjust the temperature in the apartment as you prefer.
- In case you need to wash your clothing, you can use our little laundry room with washing machine and ironing board.
- Vila Element offers parking slots inside of a private property.
- During your stay, you are welcome to relax in a sauna or traditional vine cellar with a furnished kitchen as well as by playing table tennis or darts.
- The exterior of the Vila offers you a spacious terrace with a barbeque, a standalone outdoor fireplace, a large trampoline and children playground.

- Around Jesenik, you can find many modern ski resorts for all kinds of winter sports, kilometers of well organized biking routes and walking trails that take you to the gorgeous nature scenes.
- Jesenik is well known for numerous opportunities of leisure activities such as fishing, horse riding, and rope centers but especially for its famous spa resorts and relating cultural and social events.
- These and many more activities are the reason for visiting Jesenik as it offers wonderful experience and vacation at any season of the year.
Inspiring design
The unique design of each apartment is ment to promote a harmonious and comfortable environment where our guest can rest and regain the energy.
- Besides its location in attractive yet undiscovered region, our apartments are special in their designs inspired by the Chinese art of living, the Feng-Shuei.
- Feng-Shuei is an ancient art and science developed over 3,000 years ago in China. It is a complex body of knowledge that reveals how to balance the energies of any given space to assure health and good fortune for people inhabiting it. Feng-Shuei is based on the Taoist vision and understanding of nature, particularly on the idea that the land is alive and filled with Chi, or energy.
- When designing Vila Element, we have used the five Feng-Shuei elements with emphasis on one of the elements for each apartment. Wood, Earth and Fire are the core elements as they harmonize with the character of Vila.
- Fire is considered the most powerful of all the elements and represents energy, passion, expansion and transformation. When using the fire element in your home, it can be represented by a candle, or by color, such as a red lampshade
- Representing permanence, stability and home, the earth element is solid giving a sense of security and grounding support. It strengthens the feelings of safety and adds a sense of comfort from within. Rock features, thick carpet, antique pottery and old books help to bring the earth element indoors.
- The element of wood helps to develop creative energies such as inspiration, motivation and passion. It represents personal growth and renewal and purifies and redirects chi. Wood can be represented by plants, trees or by green objects, for example green pillows.
- The water element of Feng-Shuei is directly related to the flow of money and career. Flowing water helps us to let go of things we no longer need. Still water helps the surrounding energies to be calm and offers the feeling of a new beginning and renewed strength. The water element can be represented by a water feature, fish tank or pond. Crystals, wavy statues or artwork and paintings of water scenes are other ways the element of water may be represented.
- The element of metal draws and unifies all of the elements together. They act as transmitters, conducting the various energies to different areas. Metal stimulates mental strength and intellectual abilities, making it easier to focus and think clearly.
