How can I make a binding reservation for an apartment?

After filling out the reservation form on our website, we will confirm your order by email or by phone. We will then send you payment details for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. After payment of the deposit or the entire amount by transfer to the bank account specified in the confirmed order, the reservation becomes binding and we will send you a voucher for the stay by e-mail.
