The manager of Villa Element will give you the keys and the apartment upon your arrival. Upon departure, the Manager will take over the keys and the apartment again, including the additional payment of the remaining part of the accommodation price. The time of departure must be reported at least one day before departure.

After filling out the reservation form on our website, we will confirm your order by email or by phone. We will then send you payment details for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
