I lost my keys! What should I do?
Please contact the Manager immediately +420 724 398573, or call +420 604 995373. The price for a lost set of keys is CZK 1000 and will be paid together with the additional payment upon departure.
Where can I pick up or return my keys?
The manager of Villa Element will give you the keys and the apartment upon your arrival. Upon departure, the Manager will take over the keys and the apartment again, including the additional payment of the remaining part of the accommodation price. The time of departure must be reported at least one day before departure.
When is it possible to check in and when do I have to leave the apartment?
Check-in is between 3 - 6 p.m. On the last day of your stay, you must leave the apartment by 10 a.m. If you want to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact us in advance, we will try to accommodate you.
How do I get to Villa Element when I arrive in Jeseník?
In the Contact tab on our website, you will find a map of Jeseník with a marked route to Villa Element.
What are the cancellation fees?

What is a referral bonus and how do I get it?
If you recommend Vila Element to another client who provides your contact details or IČO in the binding order, you will receive a discount of 10% from the current prices listed on our website during your next stay. The discount is tied to your contact details or ID number and applies to all other stays.
What is a loyalty bonus and how do I get it?
If you repeatedly (at least 2 times) order a rental at Villa Element, you are entitled to a discount of 10% from the current prices listed on our website. The discount is tied to your contact details or ID number and applies to all other stays.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included in the standard apartment price.
Will there be any other costs added to the price of the apartment, such as utility bills or other fees?
The price includes accommodation, electricity, heating, water, bedding, towels, bath towels and toiletries (soap, toilet paper). The final cleaning and recreation fee are added to the final price. The price does not include insurance, transport or meals.
